Ever dreamed of driving a vehicle that’s part time machine, part clown car, and all charm? Meet the Microlino, the electric microcar that’s smaller than your bed but packs more fun than you had as a teenager.
With a pedigree of Swiss business acumen and Italian design, meet the Microlino.
This pint-sized wonder is the brainchild of the Swiss Ouboter family, who apparently looked at their famous kick scooters and thought, “What if we made this, but for adults who are afraid of wind?”
At just 2.5 meters long, the Microlino is like the espresso shot of cars—small, potent, and guaranteed to make you feel European. It’s perfect for two people and a pizza because, let’s face it, in the hierarchy of needs, cheese and carbs rank above legroom every time.
Despite its tiny footprint, this little dynamo can keep going for up to 230 km on a single charge. That’s enough to cruise through the city, pick up your significant other, grab a pizza, and still have enough juice left to circle the block 47 times just for the fun of it.
With its front-hinged door, you’ll make an entrance so dramatic it’ll make parallel parking look like a walk in the park (for people like me who are unable to parallel park). And thanks to its 1950s-inspired design, you’ll feel like you’re starring in a quirky Italian film every time you pop out—for, well, any excuse to have more fun.
The Microlino proves that good things come in small packages—except maybe when it comes to pizza sizes.
